Bruno Jaubert, the Associate Director of Modern Art at the Paris-based auction house, shared some thoughts on this unique work and the state of the market for Impressionist and modern art in France.

Dali-Designed Piaget Bracelet and Patek Philippe Enameled World Time Watch Headline Sotheby’s Sale

by Michelle Tay • A Piaget bracelet watch signed by the Surrealist artist Salvador Dalí will be among many collectible timepieces offered by Sotheby’s at its Important Watches sale in New York on June 8. Made in 1972, the Piaget watch Ref. 3649 carries a pre-sale estimate of $8,000 to $12,000.
