€236m invested during 2016 in Serbian free zones

The Serbian government has reported that €236m in free zones in Serbia during 2016 and that they produced €2.15bn in exported goods. There are fourteen free zones in Serbia, Priboj, Vranje, Svilajnac, Apatin, Nis-South, FAS-Kragujevac, Smederevo, Krusevac, Pirot, Zrenjanin, Subotica, Novi Sad, Sabac and Uzice. GTC buys Belgrade Business Center

The developer GTC (Global Trade Center) has acquired the Belgrade Business Center, the class A office scheme. The complex has 17,900 sqm gross leasable area and 307 parking spaces.
