New Tuesday Weekly Meditation!
In addition to our Monday and Wednesday guided meditation sessions, we will be offering a session in the Hammer Health Sciences Library every Tuesday, from 12:00pm to 12:20pm starting June 26th. Join us for a mindful study break--all are welcome. *Please note that late arrivals can disrupt the flow of practiceif you happen to miss the start time, please do join us for another session, or we're happy to lead a one-on-one meditation in our office by appointment!

NYP AfterNoon ReNewal Sound Bath
Tuesdays | 12:40pm–1:10pm | NYPH Pauline A. Hartford Memorial Chapel, 1st Floor
Spend 30 minutes with MSCH music therapist Missy Hall, MA LCAT, MT-BC, listening to sound vibration and restoring your sense of self. Sound baths offer an alternative to traditional meditation by facilitation a shift in your brainwave state. Check out the sound bath flyer for more information—all are welcome!

What are they? 
Totally free & confidential, Wellness Appointments provide you with a solution-based approach to address personal, academic & professional concerns. We'll help you strategize, prioritize, problem solve, & develop an action plan targeted toward your individual concerns. Learn more by visiting the CSW website

When are they?
We encourage you to email us to set up a Wellness Appointment. Of course, if you stop by and our door is open and we have the time in our schedule, we would be happy to meet with you.
