What are they?
Totally free & confidential, Wellness Appointments provide you with a solution-based approach to address personal, academic & professional concerns. We'll help you strategize, prioritize, problem solve, & develop an action plan targeted toward your individual concerns. Learn more in our FAQs.
When are they?
Effective Monday, October 5th, we no longer have designated walk-in hours. Instead, we encourage you to email us to set up a Wellness Appointment. Of course, if you stop by and our door is open and we have the time in our schedule, we would be happy to meet with you.

Yoga & Pilates
Registration for the Fall 2015 Pilates & Yoga Program is still open! Please download our program overview for information on class and ticket package options, info on our yoga/Pilates instructors, the semester calendar and details on the registration process. After registration is complete, please make sure that you fill out our online waiver. You will not be permitted to take class without a signed waiver.
