THURSDAY-SUNDAY

Big Jay Oakerson: April 27-30

Jay Oakerson

You can watch online clips of Jay all you want, but the real experience is to see him in person. He's a master of crowd work, turning conversations with the audience into spontaneous comedy gold. It's a raunchy good time that's tailor made for comedy clubs -- and we can practically guarantee that the show you see will be a unique experience.

TONY! TONY! TONY!

The Tony Perkins Show: April 29

Tony Perkins

If you've ever seen Tony do the news on Fox 5, then you know he's a great personality. He's even better when you put him on stage. The former stand-up comic is in our lounge on a Saturday night, recording a special live-audience edition of his podcast -- which is co-hosted by his friend and former producer Gary Stein. Another Fox 5 talent, Sarah Fraser, is the special guest. And there will be some comedy from DC Improv favorite Rob Maher.

WRESTLING LEGEND

Ringside with Jim Ross: August 10

Wrestling fans know Jim Ross as the voice of the industry. His work as an announcer and executive has spanned decades, giving him a front-row seat to some of the greatest moments in pro-wrestling history. "Ringside" is his one-man-show, where he shares a selection of his best stories and engages in a no-holds-barred question and answer session with his fans. We had a packed house when JR came to town in 2015 -- so this show promises to be a slobberknocker. Tickets go on sale May 2 (Tuesday) at 10 a.m.

Price: $25 general admission, $75 VIP (preferred seating and pre-show meet-and-greet)

JUST ADDED

Bert Kreischer: September 28-30

Back in March, Bert had a "call in sick to work" show that sold out in five minutes. And the Bert Kreischer party train is always picking up speed. Thanks to a profile in Rolling Stone, Bert finished college at Florida State with a reputation as the country’s biggest party animal. He spun that into TV hosting gigs and a stand-up comedy career. Bert is always on the hunt for adventure, and he loves sharing his experiences on stage. He is clearly the world's preeminent shirtless stand-up comedian. Experience the legend ...
