Fundraising for WOC
A message from Sarah Brown requesting funding for the GB team including EBOR member Alan Cherry for the World CHampionships in Latvia:

I am asking for donations to help to support Alan and the rest of the British team get to Latvia for the World Championships. I have set up a crowd funding page at:

https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/orienteeringfoundationwoc

For those who don't know so much about our national team, they are virtually self funded. British Orienteering pays for entries and accreditation to four major competitions, but everything else the team does in the year that leads up to the international competition season such as travel, accommodation, shoes, compasses, training costs is paid by the athletes.

Please make a donation, however small or large and if you wish, send a message to Alan and the team. The financial help makes a real difference but so does your support and interest. You can follow all the GB athletes on 'www.ontheredline.org.uk

Thanks for your support, Sarah Brown (South London Orienteers)
