The magic of ABC

The Language of Lust: >> Words Women Love To Hear

Hey Guys—

If you are in sales, you have doubtless heard the term, “ABC.”  It

stands for Always Be Closing, and while that advice is not quite
accurate, it is much better than what most people do NBC, Never Be
Closing.

Yes, if you want to get the business you have to ask for it, and

that’s in every walk of life.  If you want to get a date, you have
to ask for it, if you want a girlfriend you have to ask her, if
you want sex you have to ask her.

However, there is a much better definition of ABC, one that will

get you much farther with women:  Always Be Cool.  If you adopt
the mindset of being cool in every circumstance, a lot of
opportunity will come your way.

If you have a problem that needs to be solved with the help of

other people, being cool and addressing it as “an issue we can
handle together” instead of hollering, screaming, sniveling, and
calling them names (like college students do nowadays when they
need their diapers changed) will not only lead to the result, it
will enhance your reputation.

Being cool is the ability to make others feel good when dealing

with you, wanting to tell others about you, and wanting to see you
again because you left them with a good feeling.  It does not mean
being a people pleaser—often that leaves people with a feeling of
disgust and disrespect—it means making them feel important and
appreciated, even after a difficult interaction.

I have always been a fan of “hard coaching,” not mincing words when

it comes to getting the best out of people.  From the perspective
of the weak minded and lily livered, that means being mean to people
and hurting their precious feelings.  But from the perspective of
an excellent hard coach, it means training your men very hard,
letting them know why, and then making them feel good about
themselves for their accomplishments under extreme duress.  That
kind of feeling is real, and it cannot be manufactured by hugs and
niceties.  The best of the hard coaches are the coolest of dudes.

When it comes to women, being cool means making them feel good

around you, means making them feel protected, taken care of, and
appreciated, even when you’re not around.  It means understanding
them for who they really are, not who you want them to be.

Men who are just not cool leave women feeling bad, and that feeling

gets worse and worse over time—it happens in many, many relationships
and marriages.  But the man who believes in and implements ABC tends
to have lasting relationships because his very demeanor makes other
people feel good, even when he has to be a hard ass.  Way too many
men are NBC guys…be an ABC man and you will always be in demand.
