What to do with complainers

Ask Her These Three Simple Questions, And Get Her To Want You Each
and Every Time: >> The 3 simple questions to ask

Hey Guys—

It used to be that chronic complainers were a reviled bunch, dealt

with by calling out their malfeasance or banning them from
communicating with you.

These are not to be confused with people who have legitimate

complaints, issues they simply want handled in a respectful manner.
These are the growing group of whiners who have figured out they
can gain compensation via complaint.

So many people in business, schools, colleges, etc. are so afraid

of being ratted out to the girlie men in the media or even on social
media that now instead of dealing strongly with complainers, they
immediately appease them.  Pleasantly surprised, the complainer
complains some more, and is compensated yet again.

This, of course, leads to even more complainers, since professional

complainers love to brag to others about the compensation they
derived from complaining.  More people complain, more are appeased,
and suddenly we live in a world full of complainers.

Don’t you tolerate it.  When a true complainer tries to shake you

down via their complaining, tell them you know exactly who they are,
what they are trying to do, and that they are banned from
communicating with you. And say it harshly.

How do you separate those with legitimate complaints from those who

seek compensation through appeasement?  Most people with legitimate
complaints are polite, and are seeking solutions.  Some are annoyed,
even angry, when they get excuses instead of solutions, but this is
justifiable.  They have a problem, they want it solved, and when
you acknowledge the legitimacy of their complaint and handle it,
they will respect you.

Not so the professional complainers.  They are rude, smug, snotty,

and don’t care about solutions.  They seek compensation, and as soon
as they get it, they start complaining louder.  They want attention,
and unfortunately a simpering, squealing media is all to happy to
give it to them—after all, they are professional complainers and
whiners too.

The complainer seeks the thrill of self righteousness, and when you

deliver them shame and ridicule, they are befuddled, even more so
when you dig in your heels and firmly call them what they are. In
the end they are bullies, and all bullies are cowards.

It is somewhat amusing today how the complainer media rails against

bullies, yet engages in bullying by complain themselves. But no
matter, the solution is the same to all complainers—pitiless and
relentless criticism and ridicule until they stop complaining and
actually start producing some value.  Will they? Most won’t, but
they will certainly stop complaining to you.
