July 2015

Welcome to the summer edition of our newsletter.

You may notice that we have updated the look and feel of our newsletter. We hope you find it easier on the eye, and more informative to keep you up to date with our latest news.

The lead up to the summer months haven't been quiet; we've implemented various policy changes to help make doing business with us easier, the team have attended various roadshows up and down the country to speak to you face-to-face, and we released our Buy to Let Britain Report 2015 edition, which gained a lot of interest from both trade and broadsheet publications. We have also increased our procuration fees for all our intermediary partners.

What else? Aside from trying to keep cool in our offices during the 'heatwave', we were delighted to announce that SimplyBiz will now be on our mortgage panel with direct access to our mortgage products.

I hope you enjoy the latest edition of our newsletter.

Yours faithfully
