Are you a junior faculty member, doctoral, or post-doctoral scholar working on innovative or heterodox approaches to global law, economic policy, and social justice? Apply to join the IGLP's 2018 Scholars Workshop in Bangkok, Thailand for a transformative week of enriching collaboration and scholarship.

IGLP’s signature Workshops aim to strengthen the next generation of scholars by placing them in collaboration with their global peers as they develop innovative ideas and alternative approaches to issues of global law, economic policy, social justice and governance.

The 2018 IGLP Scholars Workshop will focus on how these issues relate to ongoing legal and policy debates throughout Asia and across the world while offering unparalleled opportunities to strengthen participants’ writing and research.

The week features a stimulating series of plenaries, lectures, roundtables, writing workshops, and networking opportunities. The following ​"streams" (mini-courses) will also be offered:

  • Corporations in Global Society
  • Criminal Justice
  • Development Financing: One Silk Road Initiative
  • Good Governance: Public and Constitutional Law
  • Global Regulation, Finance and Tax policy
  • Human Rights and Social Justice
