Would you like £10.50 worth of Sports Nutrition for just £5?

Sign up for our Sportive Nutrition Seminar with OTE at Mammoth Lifestyle on 13th April 2016.

We all want to get the most we can from our time on the bike, and what we eat before, during and after our rides can have a direct impact on how long we ride for and how we feel in between times.

As a previous participant in our RideStaffs sportives we wanted to make sure you don't miss out on the chance to attend our Sportive Nutrition Seminar on April 13th at Mammoth Lifestyle in Milford. The seminar is being run for us by OTE Sports.

Our seminar will be run by Annie Simpson who is an elite pro mountain biker for the Hope Factory Racing team and also a nutritionalist for OTE.

Annie will be talking about nutrition for sportive riders and how what you eat can effect your performance. Annie will also be talking about which OTE products can help you to maximise your performance. The seminar will be £5 to attend, tickets must be purchased in advance.

Included in this price is an OTE sports water bottle, two energy gels and a pack of 10 hydro tablets worth £10.50 at RRP. As a double bonus, Mammoth Lifestyle will be offering 15% off the price of anything and everything bought in store that night, just present your printed ticket for the event at the till.

Whether you're training for the RideStaffs Sportive in July, or just looking to improve your overall riding, we'll look forward to answering all your questions in the Q&A at the end of the session.
