James Comerford

That's the bloke in the photo above. In the first photo he was close to the heaviest he's ever been at 108KG (nearly 240lbs). In the second one he's 86KG (189lbs). The difference between the two photos? He joined MAN v FAT Football.

If you currently feel more like James' Before picture, take a look at his After picture and ask yourself how you'd feel if you made that sort of a difference to your weight. You can do it. You can absolutely do it. James says you can.

Average weight loss over a league is 21.5lbs and you could get that done by Christmas. What a gift to yourself.

Four places left for the Shoreditch league, details below. Don't cheat yourself any more. Sign up and get it done.

WHEN: Game #1 Sunday 18th September, at 10AM, finished by 11.30AM. Games every week.

WHERE: Shoreditch Powerleague - BRAITHWAITE STREET, OFF BETHNAL GREEN ROAD, SHOREDITCH, LONDON, E1 6GJ

HOW DO YOU JOIN? Add your details here, someone will give you a shout and put you in one of the teams. And the team will answer all your questions - what to wear, where to play, etc. Simple.
