Three Amazing Losers And What You Should Learn From Them

Inspiration comes in many forms. For me, some of the most motivational things I've found have been the stories of other guys who have lost weight (in a variety of different ways - MAN v FAT is a diet agnostic platform, you can lose weight any (sensible) way you choose in our eyes).

Our Amazing Loser series gets to grips with the guys who have already lost weight and finds out exactly how they did and what their secrets were. Uniquely, all of these Amazing Losers are members of the site. If you want to chat with any of them, just find their profiles and give them a shout.

Oh and what you should learn from them is simple - just one thing that they would all agree with. It's this:

This is Joe Hester, you can read about him here

This is Brian MacFarlane - check out his story and after pics here

Say hi to Vince Millett - read his story here

Can't wait until we can profile you on the site.

Best wishes,

Andrew Shanahan/Admin/Shan
