C'est un nouveau plancher qui vient d'être enfoncé; A 1,55% en moyenne  les taux (hors assurance) du crédit immobilier ont poursuivi leur dégringolade en juillet après une chute à 1,62 % en juin. Toutes les catégories de prêts, même les plus longs, en profitent ce qui signifie que désormais tout type de ménage peut emprunter sans se ruiner. Les professionnels notent d'ailleurs une forte progression des foyers jeunes ou modestes parmi les demandeurs de prêts.

Les hausses se comptent sur les doigts d’une main au sein du Cac 40, ce mardi. Parmi elles : Vinci. L’action du groupe de BTP et de concessions intégrera, lundi 8 août, l’indice Stoxx Europe 50, accompagné d’ASML, équipementier néerlandais pour l’industrie des semi-conducteurs. Tous deux remplaceront Credit Suisse et Deutsche Bank, dont l’éviction intervient après une chute de près de 50 % en Bourse depuis le 1er janvier. A l’inverse, Vinci affiche un gain de près de 15 %, ce qui en fait la troisième meilleure performance annuelle du Cac 40. En outre, le titre a touché un plus haut historique le 28 juillet à 68,30 euros.
