Les Français plus riches que les Allemands.
Avec 243 000 euros de patrimoine net moyen à fin 2014, les ménages français devançaient les allemands à cette date, qui, eux ne totalisent "que" 214 300 euros en moyenne. Une étude contre-intuitive- d'autant que même les espagnols et les italiens font mieux  que les ressortissants de la première économie d'Europe. Ceci reflète la diversité des structures démographiques et des processus d'accumulation du capital différents. Le principal écart est dû à la propriété de la résidence principale, beaucoup moins élevée en Allemagne (44,3%) qu'en France ( 58,7%). Ceci expliquant cela, la dette immobilière des Français est plus élevée que celle des Allemands.Que cela ne vous empêche pas de passer un bon réveillon. La direction de Spie et ses actionnaires ne pouvaient rêver plus beau cadeau de Noël : le groupe français a annoncé, ce vendredi, la signature d’un accord pour l’acquisition de SAG, n°1 allemand des services aux infrastructures d'énergie. Cette opération, valorisée à 850 millions d’euros, aura un impact positif non négligeable sur le bénéfice par action, de l’ordre de 12% en 2017 puis de 15% en 2018, et cela avant la mise en place des synergies. Une très belle transaction donc, qui permettra à Spie d’asseoir une position de premier plan en Allemagne et en Europe centrale. En Bourse, le titre, dont la cotation a été suspendue une heure dans l'attente du communiqué du groupe, s’est vite envolé pour inscrire un nouveau plus haut historique.
