Quatre levées de fonds de 100 millions d'euros ou plus (OVH, Sigfox, Devialet, Deezer), une entrée en Bourse réussie (Talend), et surtout une explosion des capitaux investis (+ 71 % sur les neuf premiers mois de l'année) : les jeunes pousses françaises n'ont jamais autant séduit les investisseurs. Revers de la médaille, nos pépites sont aussi devenues des proies de choix pour les groupes internationaux. Quatre d'entre elles (Withings, Medtech,Trainline et Stupeflix) sont passées cette année sous pavillon étranger.

Cette biotech nantaise a gagné près de 40 % au plus haut de la séance ce mercredi, après l’annonce d’un accord avec les laboratoires Servier. Il s’agit d’une option de licence pour le développement et la commercialisation de son produit Effi-7, anticorps monoclonal destiné à être utilisé dans le traitement de nombreuses maladies auto-immunes. Mais cet accord intervient en phase très précoce, avant l’entrée en clinique. Les échéances majeures sont encore lointaines. D’ailleurs, l’action perd encore 30 % depuis son introduction, en mars 2015.
