Tonight's Facebook Live Video: Curry Turkey Bites + Apricot-Ginger Sauce!

Hi Blue!

This summer has been pretty busy for our family -- I've been trying to cram in cookbook work while shuttling the kids to and from camp and other activities. That's why I'm super grateful to have tasty, portable, make-ahead savory bites in the fridge and freezer. I've been experimenting with a lot of different flavor combinations, but the one that I've been cooking a lot is the new recipe on my blog, Curry Turkey Bites

These bite-sized patties pair perfectly with my Apricot-Ginger Dipping Sauce and you can get both recipes here on the blog: http://nom.gy/CurTur

Pinterest fans! You can pin the recipe by clicking here. (My site doesn't cooperate well with Pinterest so follow me there and repin my pins.)

Also, the two recipe have been added to my iPhone/iPad app. The "What's New" section in the app highlights the latest recipes.

If you want to cook along with me, I'm jumping on Facebook Live tonight at 5 pm PDT (8pm EDT) to show you how to make these turkey & veggie bites. In fact, my wall oven is broken so I'll be showing you how to bake them in a toaster oven.

If you can't tune in live, no worries. I film a Facebook Live video every Tuesday night and all of my Facebook Live videos are archived so you can watch them whenever you have time.

One last tip! Lots of people have been asking me how I keep my kids' packed lunches warm when they are at camp or school. I shot a short Snapchat demo video that I posted on Instagram and Facebook. Psst! The LunchBots Thermals are 25% off for the next 3 days. Stock up before school starts!

Ciao!

Michelle
