Instant Pot Creamy Curried Broccoli Soup & Two Upcoming Facebook Live Videos (special guest: Melissa Joulwan!)

Hi Blue!
Are you still recovering from Halloween? The boys set up some scary decorations outside our doorstep, complete with a giant creepy crying baby (i.e. a costumed Henry), a fake dead body, and lots of hanging skulls and bones. Although the kids hauled home lots of candy, we're making them trade in 90% of their loot for a new book. Today's a new day and we're back to eating nourishing home-cooked meals again. You, too, right?

If you're a fan of my live cooking broadcasts on Facebook, you're in luck because I'll be doing two of them this week! Tomorrow, I'll be broadcasting my regularly scheduled weekly Wednesday Facebook Live cooking demo at 5 pm PDT (or 8 pm EDT).

What's on the menu? The latest step-by-step recipe on my blog, Instant Pot Curried Cream of Broccoli Soup! Then, on Saturday, 11/5, my good friend Melissa Joulwan will be in my kitchen and we'll cook Chicken Paillard with Onion-Pepita Relish together from Well Fed Weeknights, her brand-new cookbook! We're gonna give away a signed copy of her cookbook to one of the live viewers so tune in.

Here's the step-by-step recipe for Instant Pot Curried Cream of Broccoli Soup:

Pin it for later by clicking here.

(My site doesn't cooperate well with Pinterest so follow me there and repin my pins!)

If you can't tune in live, no worries. I film a new Facebook Live video every Wednesday night and all of my Facebook Live videos are archived so you can watch them whenever you have time. In fact, here's last week's video where I showed folks how to make Yummy Mummies (a.k.a. Halloweenies):

Event announcement! I know that October, 2017 is a year away but I wanted to give my loyal Nomsters a heads up about a cool, immersive program with me and Dr. Akil Palanisamy called The Paleo Experience. It'll take place from 10/5-10/7/17 (two nights) in a brand-new facility nestled in the redwoods in beautiful Scotts Valley, California. You can click here to learn more and register. I'll be doing a lot of events next fall to promote our upcoming cookbook (which drops 8/1/17), but I'm super excited about this one!
