You're in the home stretch for Turkey Day! (p.s. Your bird should be defrosted already!)

Hi Blue!

I'm sending out my weekly newsletter a day earlier than normal because I know some of you are last minute procrastinators about preparing Thanksgiving dinner. You definitely still have time to get your turkey and all the fixings on the table this year! I have my best tips, tricks, and shopping lists in this downloadable FREE guide, The Ultimate Nomtastic Paleo Thanksgiving Survival Guide

(If you're not living in the states or you've lucked out of cooking, you can still download it for Christmas or your next family/friend gathering. Get it here!)

Tons of folks have had success with hosting Thanksgiving dinner by following my survival guide—even people who have NEVER hosted a dinner party. Some of my favorite emails are from guys and gals telling me that my guide gave them the encouragement to cook a tasty meal for their loved ones. You can do it!

Also, don't feel as though you need to cook everything yourself. If you have people who want to help you cook, delegate some dishes to them! You can still follow the timeline because all the side dishes reheat beautifully on the big day.

Our little posse will be in the Pacifc Northwest for the upcoming holiday and we won't be eating a traditional Thanksgiving dinner this year. I'm not exactly sure what we'll be doing, but you can follow me on Instagram to see what we put in our mouths!

One thing I know I'll be doing is my regularly scheduled weekly Wednesday Facebook Live cooking demo at 5 pm PST (or 8 pm EST). I'll be cooking one of the dishes from our Nomtastic Survival Guide that is scheduled for the night before Thanksgiving: Warm Brussels Sprouts Slaw With Asian Citrus Dressing
Here's the online step-by-step recipe for the slaw:

Pin it for later by clicking here.

(My site doesn't cooperate well with Pinterest, so follow me there and repin my pins!)

If you can't tune in live, no worries. I film a new Facebook Live video every Wednesday night and all of my Facebook Live videos are archived so you can watch them whenever you have time.
Here's the replay of my Facebook Live cooking demo from last week for Pork and Napa Cabbage Soup:

Have a great Thanksgiving! I appreciate and am grateful for your readership, dear Nomster!
