I'll be cooking live from my kitchen this Wednesday!

Hey Blue!

How was your weekend? We just returned home to the San Francisco Bay Area from our other home in Portland, Oregon. Our family had a blast at our meet & greet and Paleo dinner at swanky Departure Restaurant + Lounge. Chef Gregory Gourdet is a master in the kitchen and I'm so honored to call him my friend.

Thank you to everyone who came out and I can't wait to see more Nomsters on the rest of my Ready or Not! book tour. I've got upcoming events at a bunch of Whole Foods Markets in California, San Diego, Phoenix, and Reno this month and you can learn more about them here:

Many of you have asked when we're resuming our weekly Facebook Live cooking demos and the answer is TOMORROW! I'll show folks how to make a family favorite, Big-O Bacon Burgers, this Wednesday at 5 pm Pacific!

We love these umami-packed burger patties made with ground beef, sautéed mushrooms, and ground bacon. The recipe is in our first cookbook, Nom Nom Paleo: Food For Humans, and in our iPhone/iPad app!

In fact, if you live in Northern California or Reno, you can pick up pre-formed Big-O Bacon Burgers (made with Whole30-friendly bacon) at the Whole Foods Market butcher counter! They'll be there until the end of the month and all you have to do is throw them on the grill or in a frying pan! Weeknight dinners have never been so easy or tasty!

Psst! Three viewers who comment or ask a question during my Facebook live broadcast will win something cool—so make sure to tune in! Our family is excited to catch up with you guys again!

New to my Facebook Live broadcasts? Just tune in to
my Facebook Page at 5 pm Pacific on Wednesday and you'll automatically see us broadcasting live from our home kitchen.

Looking for more cooking videos? I recently filmed a fun video for my favorite morning beverage, Cold Matcha Latte!

Here's the video on my YouTube Channel:

Here's the step-by-step recipe post:

Stay cool, friends! I'm looking forward to answering your questions during my Wednesday Facebook Live!
