Have you seen me at Whole Foods Market?

Hey Blue!

I hope you're doing well! It's nice to be home and only traveling on the weekends for book tour events. Who knew I'd miss packing school lunches and making dinner? (I'm sure I'll get over it. 😂)

This month, I'll be traveling to various Whole Foods Market locations for book signings because I currently have a fun partnership with the Northern California and Reno region!

If you step into a store in NorCal or Reno, you'll find my Nom Nom Paleo Picks throughout the store; ready-to-cook Big-O Bacon burgers and skin-on, bone-out chicken thighs (for Ollie's Cracklin' Chicken) at the butcher counter; and ready-to-eat hot bar items from our new cookbook, Ready or Not! Plus, there are cute tins of my Magic Mushroom Powder for sale at the butcher counter as well!

Our family is tickled pink to see our cartoon images throughout the stores! If people like what we're doing in NorCal and Reno, it may spread to other regions. I'll definitely keep you posted of any changes! You can read more about our Whole Foods Market partnership here:

For those of you who still want to catch me at a book signing, check out my tour schedule here:

This week, I'll be scribbling books and handing out Nom Nom Paleo swag at Books Inc. in Palo Alto, the Whole Foods Market in Fresno, and Whole Foods Market in Scottsdale!

Also, I wanted to alert you that my Scotts Valley weekend retreat at 1440 Multiversity with Dr. Akil Palanisamy is almost sold-out. The last time I checked, there were only a handful of spots left. You can learn more about it and book your spot here:

Despite all the travel, I'll be home on Wednesday for our weekly Facebook Live cooking demos at 5 pm Pacific. I'll be showing folks how to make my brand-new, one-pan, Whole30-friendly recipe: Kimchi Cauliflower Fried Rice!

If you want to cook along with me, check out the step-by-step recipe on my app or on the blog:

Psst! Three viewers who comment or ask a question during my Facebook live broadcast will win something cool—so make sure to tune in! Our family is excited to catch up with you guys again!

New to my Facebook Live broadcasts? Just tune in to my Facebook Page at 5 pm Pacific on Wednesday and you'll automatically see us broadcasting live from our home kitchen.

Happy cooking!
