*NEW* Instant Pot Spicy Pineapple Pork Recipe!

Hey Blue!

Happy February! I hope you're doing well and staying healthy. I'm finally kicking the cold virus that struck down me and the Double Os last week, but I think Henry (who was out of town on business for a week) just caught it. 😱

Naturally, I made a lot of soup last week in my Instant Pot because I didn't have the time or energy to babysit something on the stove. If you're interested in my "recipe," I posted my go-to soup Instant Pot vegetable soup directions on this Instagram post.

No Instant Pot? No problem! The recipe is very similar to the Pork and Napa Cabbage soup on the blog and our iPhone/iPad app. You can check out the recipe and watch the brand-new cooking video I added to the post right here:

Speaking of pork recipes, I just posted a NEW recipe on the blog and app for a dish that was available at the Whole Foods Market Nom Nom Paleo hot bar section last month: Instant Pot (Pressure Cooker) Spicy Pineapple Pork!

Get the step-by-step recipe here:

No Instant Pot? No problem! I have slow cooker instructions in the recipe post as well. Plus, I'll be giving away an Instant Pot Ultra on my Facebook Live cooking demo tomorrow night and on my Instagram timeline this week!
Yep, I'll be showing folks how to make Instant Pot Spicy Pineapple Pork on my weekly Wednesday Facebook Live cooking demo tomorrow at 5 pm Pacific. One lucky viewer who comments during the live broadcast will win my favorite Instant Pot model, the Ultra!

(You can read about my favorite Instant Pot models and any special Amazon deals here.)

If you're new to my Facebook Live cooking demos, simply head over to my Facebook Page at 5 pm Pacific on Wednesday and you'll automatically see my boys and me cooking in our home kitchen.

All the videos are archived and you can watch them at your leisure here:

Oh! And if you're someone who's thinking of doing a Whole30 in the future or a January Whole30 alum that liked all the recipes I posted last month, here's the epic roundup post:

Stay healthy and happy!
