*NEW* Instant Pot Magic Pork recipe!

Hey Blue!

Happy Tuesday! I've posted a brand-new recipe on the blog and app that's perfect for folks who love fork-tender, umami-packed pork: Instant Pot Magic Pork!

Here's the recipe:

This dish will amaze you with its high flavor to effort ratio. Why? Because it utilizes my Magic Mushroom Powder, which you can make yourself or purchase at your neighborhood Whole Foods Market store.

Magic Mushroom Powder is my go-to seasoning blend when I need to turn a basic protein or vegetable into a company-worthy dish—with zero heavy lifting required. Plus, it's delicious as leftovers!

No Magic Mushroom Powder? My new recipe gives your instructions on how to umami boost the pork without it!

No Instant Pot? No problem! I have slow cooker instructions in the notes section of the printer-friendly recipe card at the end of the blog post.

Don't eat pork? You can substitute beef chuck roast and keep everything else the same!

FYI: There won't be a weekly Facebook Live cooking demo tomorrow! I'm a featured speaker at the sold-out StorySlam 2018: Rooted and Rising tomorrow night so I can't make our regular cooking date. Wish me luck!

Want to book a fabulous and restorative weekend getaway AND learn how to navigate the holidays with your sanity intact? Join me for an amazing and intimate retreat at 1440 Multiversity NEXT MONTH! I'm excited to announce that my BFF, Diana Rodgers, and I will be there October 19-21 to teach a Paleo for the Holidays weekend course!
