The 50+ Show, taking place 15-16 July, promises to be both fun and informative, with a great line up of brands and events for active people who want to get the most out of life.

 

Hear specialist advice and attend sessions by leading experts on key topics including; investments, health and travel plus enjoy a host of activities and features on cookery, exercise, craft and hobbies.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE SHOW
The 50+ Show returns to Olympia London

Hear top advice on health, travel and money in the programmed sessions. Covering topics from good mental health to all-round wellness to solo travel and money management, advisors will be on hand to answer your questions.

 

If you are looking to find new interests, the Cookery Theatre will demonstrate exciting recipes for you try plus for those passionate about exercise or dance, there will also be daily keep fit and dance sessions.

 

Jan Leeming, broadcaster, actress, author and Brand Ambassador of Just You, the UK’s leading single traveller will appear at show to discuss her recent experience of a solo holiday.

 

Britain’s favourite TV doctor, Dr Hilary Jones, will also be sharing advice on tips for better hearing and health as well as answering questions and offering practical and medical wisdom on how to lead a long and healthy life.

 

Rosemary Shrager, TV personality, cook, author, and a star of BBC2’s The Real Marigold Hotel and ITV’s Chopping Block series will also be appearing; don't miss her inspiring talk, including a Q&A session on how to live life to the fullest.
