The Shoe Box, Tory Sport, and More Of This Month's Big Sample Sales

This week’s sample sales cover all the bases: athletic apparel from the very first Tory Sport sample sale, tons of shoes from The Shoe Box and Aquatalia, and clothing from Oak, Sachin & Babi, Eileen Fisher, and more.

One of the biggest sample sales on that list The Shoe Box, where brands like Stuart Weitzman, Jimmy ChooLoeffler Randall, and more are priced between $25 and $299. This is the company's first in New York as well, since opening in the city this past fall. If you’re looking for boots and are a size 9 through 11, this is the sale to hit up this week. When we stopped by today, we saw Marc Fisher suede over-the-knee boots for $200 and Rebecca Minkoff chunky-heeled ankle boots for $130. There are regular heels for $100, sneakers for $80 (like a great suede pair from Opening Ceremony), and sandals for $50.

Check out the entire list of the best sales to shop this month (so far) below, and keep checking back here; we’ll be updating that as more March sales come through.

Lane Bryant’s Prabal Gurung Collab Is Here
A model wearing Lane Bryant's Prabal Gurung collection

Fact: Finding actually nice plus-size clothes isn’t easy. For some unknown reason, retailers are still struggling to accommodate over a size 12, even though the national average for women in the US is a size 16. And when they do, the clothes are either way too expensive or, to put it bluntly, just not cute.

Thankfully though, better options are starting to come through. This week, Lane Bryant finally released its latest collaboration with womenswear designer Prabal Gurung after having announced that something was in the works last summer. Available in sizes 10 through 28, the collection ranges in price from $38 to $398.
