Este curso de dois dias enfatizará os fundamentos do teste de dissolução para formas orais sólidas e especificações de relacionadas à qualificação do aparelho de dissolução USP 1 e do aparelho 2. Especificamente , este curso é dedicado à teoria da dissolução e às orientações apresentadas no Capítulo Geral USP-NF <711>, ao tratamento de dados de dissolução e à qualificação de um aparelho para provar sua adequação para uso. Além disso, serão discutidos os cuidados básicos que devem ser tomados nos aparelhos de dissolução.
