The West London Summer Property Lunch will take place next week, Friday 13 July, at the Kia Oval. One year on from London's worst fire disaster in a century, this property lunch will focus on how the industry is already starting to learn the lessons of Grenfell.
 
Joining us for this discussion will be:
Geoff Wilkinson, Director, Wilkinson Construction Consultants is a UK building regulations expert and will talk about health and safety regulations in light of Grenfell.
Stuart Baillie, Head of Planning, GL Hearn, will give the headline findings of the recently published London Tall Building Survey report 2018 by NLA and GL Hearn.
Greg Jones, Associate Director, Child Graddon Lewis will discuss their project in Manchester which includes a 57 storey tower, the tallest building in the UK outside of London.
Neil Deely, Partner, Metropolitan Workshop Architects will share his experience of tall buildings through case studies.
Our property lunches bring together 60+ key influencers from West London’s property, construction and planning sector for networking during a three-course lunch. The gathering will start with a drinks reception and will be followed by lunch with plenty of opportunity to network.
