Happy New Year Writers! It's a great time to set goals and work towards your dreams. Advanced Novel Writing with author Terri Valentine is this week's featured workshop. The class is for writers who have a novel in progress. The focus is on writing and revising your work. You'll get feedback from your instructor as well as other class members who choose to participate in the peer critique section of the class. The online course begins Thursday, January 5th and the price is $799.99.

In the Advanced Novel Writing Workshop you will write 200 pages of your novel over fifteen weeks. You won't have weekly reading assignments or lectures. Instead, you'll get to focus solely on completing your novel. Learn from a published author who knows how to instruct others. Many students like to take this course more than once.

"I enjoy working with writers in this class. This is the class where most of my 'successes' have come from--those who go on to publish. It is a great class for getting the feedback on a manuscript that can help shape it into a marketable product."

                                                       ~ Terri Valentine

One student said, "For me this was a wonderful course. It served my needs and Terri Valentine was a wonderful mentor. Through her guidance I became a greatly improved writer and finished the first draft of my novel." Another student said, "I so appreciated Terri's comments and positivity. I look forward to taking more classes with her and finishing this novel." By the end of this workshop you will have the tools and know-how to write a great novel. Make real progress on your work.

Name
Terri has ten romance novels and a Christmas short story in publication. Sweet Paradise was nominated for Best Romance Adventure by Romantic Times. Louisiana Caress received a coveted K.I.S.S (Knight in Shining Silver) Award from Romantic Times. Sands of Time, her first time travel romance, is set in the Middle East. Storm Dancer was a single release title from Zebra, followed by the release of Paradise Promised . At present she is under contract for two more historicals, and she is currently working on a high-concept romantic novel that her agent anxiously awaits. She has also written a screenplay that is in production rewrites.

"Most valuable to me is the unstinted assistance and shared knowledge given to me by other writers throughout my career. I would never published if it had not been for the help of one such writer who offered support and encouragement from start to finish of that first manuscript." Following in her mentor footsteps, she has eagerly critiqued manuscripts and helped other beginning novelists learn the taxing craft of writing, many of whom have gone on to publish.
