Renewal Mill

Renewal Mill Wins NYU-Yale Pitchoff

A Yale startup aimed at turning waste from food production processes into healthy products called Renewal Mill won the third annual NYU-Yale Summer Accelerator Pitchoff. Another Yale startup, PremieBreathe, which is developing a low-cost, portable infant respirator for use in the developing world, won the audience vote. Read more at YEI.

John Puziss, Director of Licensing at the Yale Office of Cooperative Research, will meet with Yale researchers in half hour slots to discuss questions related to advancing their technology, patents, licensing and partnering opportunities, and available funding and resources for startups at Yale. FRI., JULY 22, 5pm: DEADLINE FOR MEDICAL DEVICE DESIGN & INNOVATION SUBMISSIONS. CBIT is soliciting clinically relevant project ideas for the Medical Device Design and Innovation class held in the fall. The class is composed of upper-class undergraduates coming together to build medical devices and software that will help address clinically relevant challenges. SUBMIT HERE.
